Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information M² Prime Group ("we", "us") collects when you visit m2primegroup.com or contact us, and what we do with it. We're based in British Columbia, Canada, and handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
When you contact us. The contact form on this site doesn't send anything to our servers. When you press "Send request", it opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. We then receive the details you chose to include: usually your name, email address, business name and a description of your project.
When you browse the site. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google's handling of that data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and arrange a call.
- To prepare a quote and, if you hire us, to deliver and support your project.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking first.
Who we share it with
Only with services we need to run the business, such as our email provider and website host, and only as far as they need it to provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages from people who don't become clients for up to 12 months, then delete them. For clients, we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires, usually up to 7 years.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email hello@m2primegroup.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use accounts protected by strong passwords and two-step verification, and share access to client information only between the two of us. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
